Some irrelevant information is given, such as the fact that Marquard and Bahls is a shareholder of Oil Spill Response, which says nothing of the company's actual spill response practices. The human rights reporting/UN Global Compact standards are in a secured report, which hindered scoring. Including environmental and ethical practices in a coherent report would greatly improve the company's transparency score.
